Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

What is the Sojourn Village?

It’s our gentle online community where women connect, learn and support one another. Inside, you’ll find daily posts, soulful masterclasses, discussions, group calls and routines that help you feel anchored and less alone.

Do I have to join the community if I just want the consultation?

No, the consultation stands on its own. Some mums only book the sessions. Others join the village for ongoing support. But if you’re a Village member, you’ll receive access to an exclusive discounted rate. You’re welcome to choose whatever feels right for you.

What happens during the 1:1 consultation?

The conversation flows around what you bring. Some women want to talk through challenges at home, others explore emotional overwhelm, faith questions or the mental load of motherhood. The hour is focused on understanding your experience and finding clarity together.

Is this consultation right for me?

Hour with Zena is for women and mums who feel emotionally stretched, overwhelmed or unsure where to begin. If you’ve been wanting a calm, faith-aware space to talk things through and feel supported without judgement, this hour is created with that in mind.

Who is Zena Kreidli Nouh?

Zena is the founder of Sojourn Mother & Child and the woman behind @MinuteWithZena, where more than 200k+ people follow her reflections on motherhood, faith, healing and emotional wellbeing.

She became a mother at 21, experienced PTSD after her third birth, and has since guided and supported countless women through pregnancy, hypnobirthing and postpartum.

Her work is grounded in lived experience, compassion and a deep understanding of what modern mums carry. The consultations and the Sojourn Village were created to offer mums the kind of safe, faith-aware support she once needed herself.
